We structure, negotiate, and draft documents relating to real estate transactions involving development, financing, construction, joint ventures, and purchase and sale of real property. We represent landlords and tenants in leasing, subleasing, and assigning various types of real property interests. We conduct investigations of titles including searches at the Lands Commission, the Land Title Registry, and the Collateral Registry. We also handle timely registrations of various interests in real estate at the appropriate government agencies.
