Gloria Ofori
Gloria is the founder and Lead Counsel at Consilium Law Firm. She has more than 15 years combined experience in law, business, and financial services. Her practice is focused on counseling clients on corporate and commercial matters and real estate transactions.
Gloria brings a wealth of experience from having practiced in diverse settings internationally. She started out her law career in New York working on transactions in mergers and acquisitions. She has served as external counsel to some clients and assisted others as, or as part of their in-house counsel. Prior to founding Consilium, she served as the Director of Legal Affairs at African Leadership University in Mauritius, an education startup, where she directly advised the CEO and department heads on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, and managed and successfully closed the company’s Series A capital raise of $17 Million.
Gloria holds a juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and a B.A. in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in the Republic of Ghana, the States of New York, and California in the United States.
